Home inspections in Piedmont

No Place Like Home Inspections is based in Moore, OK. Piedmont is on the northwest edge of the metro, inside our regular service area. Wade Svetgoff started the company in 2019 after a decade of inspecting buildings across the country, and it has grown into a small team with a dedicated office staff to answer your questions.

Piedmont is one of the faster-growing corners of the metro, with new homes on larger lots and acreages. Newer homes still need an independent inspection, and homes outside city services may have a well and septic system to check.

Frequently asked

Questions from Piedmont buyers

Do I need an inspection on a new build in Piedmont?

Yes. No home is perfect, especially new builds. An inspection tells you the current condition of the house and gives you and your realtor something concrete to work with before closing.

Can you inspect a well and septic system?

Yes. We check water pressure and volume, test the water for E. coli and total coliform bacteria, evaluate the well equipment, and run water for an hour to check the septic system. We do not inspect the inside of septic tanks.

How much does a home inspection in Piedmont cost?

Inspections vary in price based on the size of the home and any extra services. Call or text (405) 696-0888 and we can give you a quote, or request one online.

How long does a home inspection take?

Typically 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the size of the home and any extra services you add.

Can I be there for the inspection?

Yes, and please do. Walking the house with your inspector tells you far more than the report alone.

When do I get the report?

Your full report, with photos, is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. It reads as well on a phone as on a laptop.
