Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Did a great job inspecting and letting us know in detail about everything with the home. Highly recommend

Very professional and thorough inspection service. The inspector took the time to carefully check the fire sprinkler system, alarm equipment, roof, and other safety items, explaining everything clearly along the way. The inspection report was detailed, and they pointed out issues that needed attention before closing. Highly recommend their service for anyone purchasing or leasing commercial property. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable!

This is my feedback. Inspection looks to be very thorough. I do wish that items that were identified went one step further. It would have been very helpful if the reports had stated the discrepancy was not up to Code, or was a potential hazard or just Identified as needs to be repaired. Maybe a number system would be Beneficial.A #1 discrepancy would to be discrepancies that should be fixed immediately.A #2 discrepancy would mean that discrepancies are not up to Code.A #3 discrepancy would mean discrepancies could affect your Insurance. A #4 discrepancy points out discrepancies that just aren’t right.A #5 Discrepancy points out cosmetic discrepancies.

Great experience with No Place Like Home inspection. Able to schedule my inspection quickly and accommodate while being out of state. Clear report with pictures and comments. Very impressed and would highly recommend!!!
