Wade Svetgoff started the company in 2019 after a decade of inspecting buildings across the country, and it has grown into a small team with a dedicated office staff to answer your questions.
This part of the metro has a mix of small-town neighborhoods, new subdivisions and homes on acreage. Many properties here have wells, septic systems and outbuildings in addition to the house itself.

Can you inspect a well and septic system?
Yes. We check water pressure and volume, test the water for E. coli and total coliform bacteria, evaluate the well equipment, and run water for an hour to check the septic system. We do not inspect the inside of septic tanks.
Can you inspect a shop or barn on the property?
Yes. Shops, barns, mother-in-law apartments and other buildings on the property can be inspected for an additional fee.
