Very professional and thorough inspection service. The inspector took the time to carefully check the fire sprinkler system, alarm equipment, roof, and other safety items, explaining everything clearly along the way. The inspection report was detailed, and they pointed out issues that needed attention before closing. Highly recommend their service for anyone purchasing or leasing commercial property. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable!
what an absolute dream team to work with. I scheduled a home inspection with no place like home inspections and unfortunately the sellers of the home I'm purchasing failed to get all of their utilities turned on. then no place like home inspection team continued to do what they could during the inspection that was initially scheduled. when I called to let the team know that the seller unfortunately did not get anything turned on for them to complete their inspection, the no place like home inspections team jumped into action and let me know that this is something that occurs often and walked me through the process of getting back on the schedule. it turns out the seller could not afford to turn the utilities back on due to some financial issues. I called and spoke with Wensdae to see if they could offer us any advice on how to overcome this obstacle, she was extremely helpful and walked me through some options on how we would be able to proceed with getting utilities turned on for the inspection. she answered every single time I called and did everything she said that she would. she made me feel like she supported me even when it wasn't necessarily her job to do so. I felt like my best interests were being put first during the entire process. we ultimately were able to get our inspection completed and the process was very simple to understand. The inspection was completely automated and showed clear photos and videos which provided us a great understanding of any issues they found in the home. I feel like oftentimes these inspection reports seem like they're written in a different language, but that was not the case with this team. I hope I do not buy a house anytime soon after this process, but if I do I will no doubt call. no place like home inspections.
